Very sorry you’ve run into trouble! Are you able to retrieve the crash log? Seeing it will help greatly with identifying the cause of the problem.
There should be a file whose name starts with “TypeMetal”, off your home directory in Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports. If you can, please post an excerpt here and/or email the whole thing to firstname.lastname@example.org. I’ll take a look and try to come up with a solution as soon as possible.
If you quit TypeMetal, relaunch it, and attempt to connect to your blog again, does TypeMetal still crash?
