DougI just purchased TypeMetal from the app store. I was able to load in my Mac WordPress blog (several years of material). TypeMetal opens fine, I can see my posts. However, when I double-click on a post to open it I get an error window, “Internal Error”. If I click continue it just keeps erring out. Am I doing something wrong?

DougKeymasterHi Doug,
Doesn’t sound like you’re doing anything wrong at all. Can you try the following:
1. Quit TypeMetal.
2. Hold down the [Option] key and launch TypeMetal again. You can release the [Option] key once TypeMetal’s windows or menu appear.
3. Try double-clicking a post in your WordPress project again.Does that get things working?
Would you be so kind as to email an example crash backtrace to “support” at coherence labs.com? I’d love to follow up with you directly on this.
You can find crash backtraces in the Console app. Select “User Reports” in the sidebar, then scroll down the alphabetical list looking for lines that start with “TypeMetal”. You can attach any of these by dragging them into an email. (The last of them would be the most recent, and the most helpful to diagnosing this particular issue.)
Thank you and very sorry you’ve run into trouble. I hope to get you up and running with TypeMetal soon!
Regards,
Troy

Sorry for this. I just got this same crash message in Apple Mail and another app I use. I think we are seeing a macOS Sierra problem, not a TypeMetal problem. As far as I am concerning you can close this out. I will email the crash message anyway. Thanks for a quick response.
Doug
TroyCrash trace received — thanks, Doug! This may nonetheless be a crash condition that TypeMetal can avoid. I’ll see what I can do!
Thank you for the useful data!
TroyKeymasterHi Doug. I’ve posted a beta build of TypeMetal that I believe should fix this crash. Can you give it a try?
Thanks,
