TypeMetal’s Context Menus

Right-clicking or Command+clicking certain objects in TypeMetal shows a context menu that you can use to operate on the indicated item. In particular:

• Right-clicking in the content editing area shows commands you can use to operate on the selection. (If you right-click outside of the current selection, TypeMetal infers a new selection for you to operate on.)
• Right-clicking in a path bar segment shows commands you can use to operate on the document node that the segment represents.
• Right-clicking a post or page in a WordPress blog window’s post list shows commands you can apply to the individual post or page.

These context menus are good to know about, as they can provide a more direct, convenient, context-sensitive route to the functionality that resides in TypeMetal’s main menus.
